Gnocchi alla Sorrentina

Gnocchi alla Sorrentina

Ingredients

  • Antichi Sapori Potato Gnocchi
  • Tomato Passata
  • Basil leaves
  • Fresh garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • A cup of water
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Grated parmesan

Preparation

  • Sauté the garlic in olive oil in a large pan.
  • Add the tomato passata with a good pinch of salt and a cup of water and 3 of your basil. Simmer the sauce for 30/40 minutes on low heat.
  • Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Put in the gnocchi and wait until they float to the surface. Then simmer and let cook for about 5 minutes.
  • Once the gnocchi are cooked, drain and add them to your sauce. Stir through so they combine well with the sauce.
  • Turn the stove off, add some mozzarella, grated parmesan, and the remaining basil.
  • Stir to combine, serve and enjoy.

Lemoncello Arancini with Ice cream

Lemoncello Arancini with Ice cream

Ingredients

  • 16 x Lemoncello Arancini   

  • 1 x tub of vanilla ice cream 

  • Icing sugar

Preparation

  • Prepare the arancini as per pack instructions.
  • Place 3-4 arancini in a dessert bowl (off to one side)
  • Put scoop of ice cream next to arancini.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy.

Baby Mozzarella Arancini Serving Tip

Ingredients

  • 12 x Baby Mozzarella Arancini 

  • 100g x Napoletana sauce

  • Shaved parmesan

Preparation

  • Prepare the arancini as per pack instructions.
  • Heat your Napoletana sauce.
  • Place the Napoletana sauce on a plate.
  • Place the baby arancini on top of the sauce in a row and top with shaved parmesan.
  • Serve and enjoy

Gnocchi Al Salmone

Gnocchi Al Salmone

Ingredients

  • 1x 800g Antichi Sapori Potato Gnocchi

  • 1 x 1L Antichi Sapori Napoletana

  • 1 x tablespoon of butter

  • 1 x small brown onion finely chopped

  • 300g smoked salmon cut into small pieces

  • 600ml cooking cream

  • A drizzle of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • Parsley

Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Once the pot boils pour in the gnocchi and wait until they float to the surface. Once all the gnocchi rise to the top, stir, and let cook for about 5-6 minutes.
  • In the meantime, in a pan place the the butter and add the chopped onion. Add a drizzle of olive oil and let it sizzle on medium heat. Add in the smoked salmon pieces, stir and let it cook through for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Now add the cream and Napoletana sauce and stir through. Add salt and pepper to your liking and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Now add the gnocchi already boiled and drained and let it simmer for an additional 3 minutes, stirring them through.
  • Plate up your dish and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!

Dessert Platter with Sweet Arancini

Ingredients

  • 1 x Lemoncello arancini pack

  • 1 x Dark Chocolate and Orange arancini pack

  • A selection of your favourite chocolates, biscuits and/or fruits

Preparation

  • On a board or platter place the chocolates, biscuits and/or fruit.
  • Prepare your sweet arancini as per pack instructions.
  • Once ready add them to your dessert board and serve.

Baby Porcini Arancini Serving Tip

Ingredients

  • 12 x Baby Porcini Arancini       

  • 1 x truffle paste jar

  • 100g x cooking cream

  • Shaved parmesan

Preparation

  • Prepare the arancini as per pack instructions.
  • In a saucepan pour the cream and add 2 tablespoons of truffle paste. (if you don’t like it too strong add less truffle)
  • Stir it all in so the truffle paste, and cream are all mixed through.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to your liking and stir as it starts to boil.
  • Once ready turn off the heat and with a tablespoon place the sauce on a plate in the middle and place the porcini arancini on top of the sauce in a row.
  • Then top with shaved parmesan.
  • Serve and enjoy.
